What to know before you start
Who are these plans for?
Anyone learning together: families, tutors, classes, language schools, universities and workplace teams. You do not need to be a school or business to create an organization account.
Does the billing administrator use a learning seat?
Managing the organization and paying its bill does not use a seat. The administrator needs a seat only if they are also invited as a teacher or learner.
What happens when we need more seats?
At checkout you review the verified prices in your automatic-upgrade ladder. An extra seat can trigger the next agreed package and an immediate prorated invoice. The extra seat stays inactive until payment succeeds. Upgrades stop at the end of your agreed ladder; downgrades are never automatic.
Are the larger packages available now?
The 500, 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000-seat packages are shown for planning and are not available for checkout yet. More than 10,000 seats requires a support request.
Is AI generation included?
Each assigned learner has up to 1,000 generation credits per billing period, with a shared organization allowance based on the purchased capacity. Credits measure estimated generation cost. You can see usage and remaining allowance in the organization account; AI generation is subject to these limits.
Can I use an existing personal subscription?
Personal and organization-funded subscriptions are separate. Resolve any personal subscription or open personal checkout before accepting an organization learning seat. These packages are billed monthly; annual signup is not available.
